school update
it's weird that i'm not feeling any academic pressure as of the moment. it feels great. haha, but the fear that we might not be able to finish our thesis within the last three months in school brings a lot of pressure. :-| a lot of groups have been complaining about the possibility of not being able to accomplish their research works. this is not good. haha.

Litera2. Only Sam enjoys this, a lot of reading is required. who hates reading? me.

FYI: my 50mm lens got broken during a photoshoot with my bestfriends deanne and april. :| luckily, i think my dad has plans on buying me a new one this week. i hope tomorrow. XD i love the 50mm lens. :)) i bought the first one with my own money so it's a bit depressed about my loss. i also want a CANON EF 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM. but it costs more than my camera. :)) if you're generous enough. gimme one. :)) i also would want a tablet. i could do so many things with it. wah, my dad also said that he'd buy me one. haha i hope he buys all these things for my birthday which is a few weeks away. yay!





and yes, i want to have a photoshoot. anyone? haha

i miss watching Gossip Girl. I miss Blair. LOL. The last episode of Season 1 was really disappointing. :| Ugly Betty just got weirder and i haven't seen the latest episode of brothers and sisters. haha, i will buy CHUCK! not CHUCK BASS of Gossip Girl but the TV Series CHUCK. haha.
pinoy idol is a bit dull. i hate the host. he's like boy abunda. haha, hideous outfits. :))

La Salle won against Ateneo. I was there shouting and cheering for my alma mater. Got the Upper A tickets from Sam, and although my class should have ended at 2:30pm, my Graph Theory professor was kind enough to allow me and another blockmate to go to the game at 2:00pm and we made it to Araneta just in time. After a painful losing streak especially the games against Ateneo, we now have that twice to beat advantage and we are in second place. The Green Archers would have to play against whoever wins between UST and Ateneo.

I have to say Ateneo is really a tough team and they played really hard today, they were consistent with their free throws and their players are really really good. Anything could have happened during today's game but I'm ecstatic that we finally won against them. :-) They were good sports and accepted the outcome of the game. :-) The part I didn't like with the Ateneans during today's game was that they were sort of "rude" during the half-time performance of our Pep Squad. Haha, if you watched the Cheerdance Competition last Sunday, La Salle was spelled as AL SALLE, so they were shouting "wrong spelling" while our Pep Squad was performing. But we had to shout something too, we shouted and cheered "NU" to make them remember that day when they lost against NU. But that's basketball, I think the cheering factor adds to the excitement of the game. haha.

After the game we went to Gateway to have merienda/dinner courtesy of my credit card. Gello, James and I were sort of the "scene stealers" when we were in Gateway. Each one of us was wearing the fancy headgear shown on the first part of this post. I'm glad I get to spend time with stat blockmates. :-) Let's watch the next La Salle game. Animo La Salle! :-)

finals week is coming and i haven't started studying. haha, i've been given two days to start studying (today and yesterday) and still i didn't have the initiative to begin reviewing my notes. haha, instead what i did was to play Saga Frontier with the PS emulator i have in my laptop. how responsible is that? haha. it sucks. haha. i've been making excuses for me not to start studying despite the fact that i need at least 60% final exam grade to pass my advanced calculus class. :-| i'm always having "trouble" with math subjects every single term :-|

other news, haha, somebody from fitness first called me and told me that i have one free day to visit and try out their gym. haha. i wonder who recommended my name, nonetheless, i might try it. haha it's been my goal to start going to the gym and lose the beer belly that i sorta have. haha.

enough fooling around and start studying vinch! :-) i'm excited for term break yey. i just hope that i will not get eggs this term. yay! :-)

vinch is dead. haha. kidding. was sick for a couple of days though. and i need to get my eyes checked, i might have astigmatism. haha whatever that is, my dad said that i might wear glasses. (heaven help,NOOOO) hahaha

now, to tell you guys honestly, i have been so busy the past weeks and will continue to be busy in the coming weeks. today marks the first day of campaign for the freshmen elections is DLSU and as the college president of Santugon in the College of Science, it is my duty to campaign for my "babies/kids" for this week. then next week... elections, the most excruciating week. so although i haven't been the "active blogger" I've been for years, i still love blogging and i promise.. i DO PROMISE that i'll be back really really soon. :-) Acads keep me busy too aside from having campaign week this week, i have major exams in literature and advanced calculus and i do have to practice the song piece that I and rachel will be singing for our Relstri class. And another thing, i have to make a speech about the Informatics-DLSU controversy haha i dunno if everyone knows about. :-D

it was fiesta in our town yesterday(sunday) and i sure did eat a lot. hahaha. i officially have a trauma in attending baptisms during feast days, believe it or not, 170 kids were baptized in the church near our town's municipal hall. i had to spend three hours waiting for my new god-daughter to get baptized. haha. anyway what's important is that i got to eat a lot and i'm satisfied. :-D

today is PGMA's SONA and I'm wondering what she'll talk about haha. DoE and CHED should've suspended classes, haha in that way college students would become more politically and economically aware. Thank you La Salle for being so good with making decisions whether to suspend classes or not. haha.

for the not-so-fun part, after a winning streak, The Green Archers were killed by the Red Warriors. Sad but true, UE brutally killed DLSU 96-76 if i'm not mistaken. :| UE's really good though now DLSU's tied up with ADMU. haha. can't watch the game on thursday because of campaign but i'm keeping my head up, i know La Salle can do it. haha. Apparently, Ilad is my classmate in literature and Lee is my classmate in speech class. haha ANIMO LASALLE!

so yea, my laptop got busted and i have to wait two to three weeks until it gets fixed. i need photoshop to do my job as the avp-publicity of the focus 05 ba. wah, and i have to do the layout of the website that will be used for our database project. i am so busted without my laptop.

in other news, i passed my green and white reg kit and my friend sam was kind enough to make me the 80-word write-up that was required for the yearbook. i have 3 terms left after this term so yea i'm graduating soon. wanna read my yearbook write-up? hahaha

My blog is unique basically because it is my life that you get to read here and nobody can tell my life stories better than me. I am blogging because i enjoy it not because i want to get people to notice me with my posts. :-D

Well I've been blogging since July 2005 and i'm not planning to stop. :-D i'm even planning to buy my own domain. :-D

Well as I've said a while ago, I'm blogging because i enjoy it not because i want to get popular. Nonetheless, having a popular blog would be great. :-D

What's your favorite childhood memory?
The cartoons that you get to watch everyday haha like the ones joe posted in his blog. :-D and yea getting dirty while playing outside with kids that you really don't know. haha

Are you a spiritual person?
Not really. haha I don't even get what that means. spiritual=religious? whatever.

Do your moral values affect the way that you blog, and if yes, how?
Of course. when you've done something wrong, you tend to blog what you could've done instead or maybe when some issue arises, you tend to react to it based on what you believe is right or wrong.

What is the weirdest thing that ever happened to you?
Well i really can't recall. and i really dunno what can be considered as weird. haha.

What is your best quality?
Being Mr. Congenialty, yeah i do tend to make friends with lots of people and I do think someday having many connections could get me somewhere. :D

Worst? Perhaps not being able to set priorities right. I mean I tend to shift my attentions to other things when I still have some unfinished business going on. Yea, and another would be being too materialistic. haha

well, you may have seen american idol and heard the disappointing news. yes, America chose Jordin over Blake. Tsss. haha. i'm trying not to say something bad about Jordin cause her fans might give me negative reactions. still, Jordin should enjoy her few moments of fame. Melinda and Blake will surely take over her "fame" in a few weeks/months.BLAKE BLAKE BLAKE!

SCHOOL.
school started and the froshie frenzy has begun.
sometimes we even play "spot the frosh" well some indicators would be:

1. they look like totoys and nenes
   
2. you could see them all dressed up
   
3. EAF galore
   
4. can be seen like a flock of sheep
   
5. some try to speak English to keep up with the conio-istic appeal of Lasallians.
   

my dilemma has begun as well:

1. I can't be late for class.(incentive at steak!)
   
2. 5/6 of my classes have a 70% passing mark
   
3. I have to do a lot of reading.
   
4. I dunno if i can't keep up with this academic thing.
   

though my dilemma started early, i'm pretty happy with my life right now. :-D i think i will survive this term. i missed my friends, and now i get to spend time with them. and nothing. hehehe!

i will definitely change my layie in a few days.

i won't say that i was happy with the season finale of heroes. i mean, i just don't get it. sylar died just like that. peter could've flown away when he was glowing right? nathan did not need to do the "heroic thing." peter could've done it by himself right? and what's up with Mr. Bennet? He's Noah? haha i'm not fully satisfied with the season finale.. and i think 1 hour isn't enough for a season finale. haha. i have to wait three months till season two. grr. i'm going to miss claire. haha.

BLACK SATURDAY
I wasn't able to update my blog last night because my relatives from australia arrived. my tita cynthia and her daughter susana arrived around 7pm last night. i was friggin surprised with susana. the last time i saw her was 2 years ago, she was 11 years old back then. Now, after 2 years, she became a gigantic australian teen. she's 13 years old and she's like 5'9-5'10 in height. haha i told her in a few years she'd be taller than everyone in our house.

EASTER SUNDAY
My mom and I were late for the easter mass. haha. anyway to keep this entry short. We went to my grandma's house around 5pm to have our annual egg hunting.


these were the eggs that contained pieces of paper. those papers indicate the prize money that you will receive. luck wasn't on my side because out of 26 eggs i got 0. yeah. i did not find any egg. haha. what-a-loser. so i turned my attention to the chocolate eggs that we brought to my grandma's house.

holy week is over and all i can say now is "holy cow!." it's dlsu's finals week this week. and i'm dead because i have not started studying seriously. goodluck to me and matprob. please please pray that i would pass that friggin subject. i did pray everyday for God to give me wisdom just this week. haha. after this week i would be so happy and i can surely enjoy my aussie cousin's company.

I read in DJ's blog that Sanjaya is safe again. Rocker girl, Gina was the one who had to go. Isn't it irritating. Sanjaya for me is a big joke. haha. Sorry to those who like him but I don't see the point why people are voting for him. I went to Yahoo! Answers and read responses to the question "Do people really like Sanjaya in American Idol?" and some of the answers were friggin hilarious.

Enough with the Sanjaya Fuckalar stuff. Finals week is fast approaching. I have to pass every single subject there is. I've been complaining about MATPROB for sometime now and I will never stop complaining about it. Turns out I need to get a super high grade to get a 1.0 in this subject. A 1.0 means that God has given you mercy and you have to be thankful because you passed. Grrr. I'm not really that worried about my other subjects compared to MATPROB. I am tired of this MATPROB madness. this should stop. argh!

After finals week, i might go to the iblog3 event in UP Diliman although i'm not 100% sure. :-D If I would pass MATPROB, i might be going to BORA or Puerto with friends. Then, my blockmates want to go to Batangas. This is just how we want to enjoy the last summer vacation of our lives. Next summer would be for Practicum/OJT. Pray that I would pass MATPROB this HOLY WEEK. and I'm sure God will return the favor and give you a blessed life.

I'm going to mass later at 5pm so better get ready. It's going to be a loooooong mass.

1. failed matprob. 48% lang. haha. but the thing is, only 1/8 of our class passed. haha only 2 students out of 16 passed the degrading exam. fucccck statistical theories.

2. passed linprog although im not happy with my score. carelessness killed me. i hate it.
